Tarjhe salep marriage is a term used for the marriage of two brothers and sisters cross-breed to be married together and a term given by the elders/ancestors of the Madurese people, namely a cross-marriage between two brothers and daughters. The implementation of the tarjhe salep marriage is two brothers (brothers and sisters). This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The procedure for data collection is obtained through interviews. The informants are community leaders, religious leaders in Sungai Rasau Village, Sungai Pinyuh District, Mempawah Regency. The community's view in the perspective of Islamic law about marriage ointment tarjha has the same good and positive response. However, the difference in public views has some negative responses mentioned in the term Madura settong jube ajiah jubek kabbi and the perspective of Islamic law has a positive impact as stated in Surah An-Nisa verse 23, which is about women who are haram to marry.

This study explores the importance of basic infrastructure development in Sungai Bakau Kecil Village as a strategic step to improve the quality of life of the village community. The lack of access to paved roads, the absence of connecting bridges between hamlets, limited educational facilities, and the lack of health services are factors that hinder the progress of the village. Through a literature review and needs analysis, this article proposes the development of basic infrastructure in the form of asphalt roads, connecting bridges, decent educational facilities, and adequate health care centers. The development of this infrastructure is expected to be a catalyst in increasing village economic productivity, accessibility of public services, and developing better quality human resources. Thus, this article seeks to contribute to village development policy making based on the needs of the local community.

Human beings possess advantages in the form of abilities and talents as great potentials that can be developed. With the potential granted by Allah, humans are essentially potential beings who have broad opportunities to grow. Allah has bestowed these potentials perfectly, enabling humans to utilize them in order to live more meaningful lives. The purpose of this study is to ensure that every individual can maximize the potential inherent within each person. This research employs a qualitative library research method. The data sources of this study consist of books, journal articles, and other references related to the research topic. The findings of this study reveal that the holistic development of human potential according to hadith includes the development of intellectual, spiritual, physical, social, and emotional aspects, as well as the cultivation of life balance.

This study aims to analyze the reading skills of first-grade students at SDN 25 Sungai Pinyuh. This study focuses on describing beginning reading skills and uses an instrument called the Early Grade Reading Assessment (EGRA) to measure first-grade students' reading abilities.

The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The primary data source comes from the EGRA test. Data were collected using the EGRA test. For data analysis, non-numerical analysis was used to interpret and understand the data, then describe it. The validity of the data findings was checked using the EGRA test, which has been proven valid and supported by student records of the test results.

The study showed the reading abilities of 14 first-grade students at SDN 25 Sungai Pinyuh. In letter recognition, one student could not recognize letters, six only recognized some, and seven recognized all letters. In reading meaningful words, one student could not read, six read some, and seven read well. For nonsense words, one student could not read, six read some, and seven read all. In fluency and comprehension, one student could not read, six read some, and seven read well in both reading and comprehension. In the listening aspect, one student could not answer, seven could not fully, and six students could understand and answer all the questions.

Divorce according to Islam is permissible but hated by Allah SWT. The marriage bond is intended to prevent divorce or other reasons that could lead to divorce, which can be carried out outside or in court. Divorce outside of court is valid according to Islamic law, but is not yet valid under state law due to the lack of legal certainty and stipulation. Therefore, it must be carried out through a trial process in a Religious Court (Muslim) or a District Court (non-Muslim).

The purpose of this research is to determine the implications of divorce without a court process, both according to Islamic law and state law, through an empirical qualitative approach, a research method that uses data to collect and analyze the meaning, opinions, or reasons underlying the subject. Empirical is defined as explaining the epistemological theory that considers experience as a source of knowledge.

The results of this research indicate the need to continue efforts to increase public legal awareness regarding divorce without a court process, as it will impact the legal status of both the wife and children.

The conclusion is that divorce can be carried out according to Islamic law or without a court process, and state law through a court process. However, to obtain legal certainty and certainty, divorce should be carried out through a court process.
