The acceleration method is a method to make the learning process of students faster and more effective, therefore this acceleration is very important to increase the potential and development of students in the modern era today and also to make it easier for students to understand the yellow book in bald Arabic, this study is to describe the efforts made by the Al-Qomar Islamic Boarding School Caretaker in implementing the Kuing Book Acceleration Method. This study uses qualitative descriptive research, and data collection is carried out using interview, observation, and documentation methods, all of which are to obtain the data studied. The application of the acceleration method used by the Al-Qomar Islamic Boarding School caretaker is the bandongan method where the Kyai groups students into several levels from regular classes, special classes and special schools so that its application can be comprehensive, the learning process in this method is the kiai or ustaz reading, translating, explaining, reviewing books, or Islamic books in Arabic and the students listen to them.

Islamic theology developed in various schools, among which the most influential were the Mu'tazilah and Shi'a. The Mu'tazilah emerged in the 8th century AD with an emphasis on rationality in understanding religion. They emphasized the principle of God's justice (al-'adl), human freedom, and the rejection of forced destiny. The Mu'tazilah teachings considered reason as the main instrument in understanding God's revelation, and they rejected practices that were considered irrational. Meanwhile, the Shi'a developed with a primary focus on the concept of Imamah, which taught that only the descendants of Ali ibn Abi Talib had the right to lead the Muslim community. This difference caused a major split in Islamic history regarding who had the right to lead the community after the death of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, and the Shi'a continued to grow rapidly, especially in Persia, and became the majority school in Iran to this day.

This study aims to: (1). determine the views of Islamic law regarding the rights and obligation of husbands towards wives (2). Analyzing the perspektive of Islamic law regarding the rights and obligations of husbands towards wives when khuruj fisabilillah. This study uses aqualitive approach to the type of library. Then the analysis uses descriptive analysis and content analysis. with this research found the rights and obligationa of husbands towards wives both in the Qur’an and the Compilation of Islamic Law.

In accordancewith the compilatoin of Islamic Law regarding the husband’s obligations to his wife, article 80 paragraph $a, as long as the husband can fulfill these right and obligations when perporming khuruj fisabilillah, there are no irregularities committed by the Tabligh Congregation in the their khuruj disabilillah activities.

This research aims to determine the management of students at Madrasah Aliyah Babussalam Peniraman. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection technique in this research uses observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were the head of the madarasah teacher and students of Madrasah Aliyah Babussalam Peniraman.

The research results from student management at Madrasah Aliyah Babussalam Peniraman are: 1. Analyzing the needs of students by looking at the needs of the number of students. 2. Recruitment of students, 3. Forming a new student admissions committee and creating a promotion strategy for the madrasah to the community, selection of prospective new students through tests (written and oral), 4. orientation (which is carried out by the madrasah in collaboration with the madrasah student council aims to increase student creativity) 5. grouping of students which is carried out for students, namely forming study groups for students according to their respective intelligence and 6. Development of students.

Religion is something universal applies all the time temporarily on the other hand we are faced with the development of society or social change, as a result of the teachings of Islam is demanded according to the conditions of the place. The ability to interpret and find Islamic law using reasoning is carried out by the mujtahid through ijtihad in order to obtain benefit, stay away from the obstacle, melt tantuana -tantuana, which has been judged by the previous cleric.

Research Padgers Tukuhui Ijtihad Implementation in Realizing the Subject's Interperization. Empirical is interpreted in the term philosophy to explain epistemological theory which considers experience as a source of knowledge. Steering Empirical research is a method that uses empirical evidence as information obtained through observation or experimentation.

The results of the research were delayed regarding ijtihad in realizing the interpretation of Islamic law, and its implications in facing the challenges of solving problems through ijtihad and the eating of ijtihan through ijtihad lertta iptalahai.

The conclusion is that ijtihad in realizing the interpretation of Islamic law needs to be carried out when there is a problem in the community while not a powerful manner in the Quran and jointly carried out by the benefit and stay away from the obstacle.
