<p><em>Consumer trust in the halal product industry is very important because it helps business actors understand consumer feelings towards the economy and measure the ability of shopping behavior or the existence of a Consumer Trust Index measure towards. Sharia principles are needed to ensure that the products produced are halal, thayyib (good), and beneficial to society.</em></p> <p><em>The purpose of the study is to determine the Application of Sharia Principles in the Halal Product Industry through an empirical qualitative approach, namely a research method that uses data to collect and analyze the meaning, opinions, or reasons underlying its subjects. Empirical is interpreted to explain the epistemological theory that considers experience as a source of knowledge.</em></p> <p><em>The results of the study obtained an increase in public trust and the application of sharia values to the halal product industry such as the production process, distribution, distribution, storage, marketing and business management. </em></p> <p><em>The conclusion is that consumer trust in the halal industry tends to increase but supervision must still be carried out and efforts must continue to apply Sharia Principles in the Halal Product Industry based on Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Assurance. </em></p>Rondang Herlina

<p><em>The life of the people of the Pasir village has economic activities who work on rubber plantations, both their own and those of others. However, the cultivation of rubber land belonging to other people has not been clear on the contract carried out. In practice, the author sees it seems to use the musaqah contract, but it is also similar to the ijarah contract. So there is no certainty about what contract the local community uses.</em></p> <p><em>This research aims to find out the contract used in cultivating rubber land owned by others carried out by several people in Pasir Village. The research method used is using the type of Descriptive Qualitative research. In addition, this study uses data collection techniques in the form of observation with observations of people who cultivate rubber land, interviews with people who cooperate in cultivating rubber land, namely land owners and cultivators. And documentation to be used as evidence when conducting observations and interviews.</em></p> <p><em>The results obtained from this study are contracts used in cultivating rubber land owned by others in sand village, Mempawah Hilir district, Mempawah Regency using an Ijarah contract. In practice, the cultivation of rubber land carried out does not contradict Sharia Economic Law.</em></p>NurviaNurul Fathanah

<p><em>Journals related to the Implementation of BRIMEN (BRI Document Management System) in Archiving Management at BRI Kanca Mempawah provide an overview and explanation of the credit document archiving program which is managed through an electronic system in order to make it easier for bank employees to manage and find documents that have been stored. <p><em>This article discusses the role of zakat as an instrument in achieving social justice from a sociological perspective. In the context of growing social and economic disparities in modern society, zakat is not only understood as a religious obligation but also as a wealth redistribution mechanism that can strengthen social cohesion and empower the poor. This study uses a literature review method with a qualitative approach to explore the contribution of zakat to social justice, particularly in the sectors of education, health, and poverty alleviation. Through analysis of the roles played by zakat institutions such as BAZNAS and Dompet Dhuafa, it was found that zakat has a significant impact on improving the living standards of mustahik, developing human resources, and reducing social inequality. Furthermore, this article also examines the relevance of Article 22 of Law No. 23 of 2011 regarding tax deductions for muzakki, which demonstrates the synergy between religious obligations and the state's fiscal policy. Thus, zakat holds great potential as a social transformation instrument that is not only charitable in nature but also strategic and sustainable in creating a just and prosperous society.</em></p>M. <p><em>This paper aims to find out: (a) the zakat management system according to Law No. 38 of 1999 concerning Zakat Management; (b) the zakat management system according to Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management, and (c) the influence of Law No. 23 of 2011 on the optimization of zakat utilization. This study uses a normative juridical approach. The type of research used is Qualitative research, which is research that does not use statistical analysis procedures or other quantification methods, but uses qualitative data analysis procedures.</em></p> <p><em>Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that before the enactment of Law No. 23 of 2011, the management of zakat was regulated based on Law No. 38 of 1999. Although it must be admitted that the regulation still has many very basic shortcomings, for example, there are no sanctions imposed on muzakki who neglect their obligations. In Law No. 23 of 2011 there are additional articles that have not been regulated in the previous Law, One of the most important things in Law No. 23 of 2011 is related to institutional strengthening, where BAZNAS is mentioned as a non-structural government institution which is an extension of the government. The enactment of Law No. 23 of 2011 has provided new enlightenment for BAZNAS at all levels. Which is based on Islamic law, trust, utility, justice, legal certainty, integration, and accountability. The presence of the law has strengthened BAZNAS' position in a more professional zakat management system.</em></p>Sri Wahyuni
