This research aims to explore and analyze the implementation of Islamic jurisprudence in the context of student character education at SMP 3 Tanjung Pura. The focus of the research involves the integration of Islamic jurisprudence values as a basis for forming students' Islamic character. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that the implementation of religious jurisprudence at SMP 3 Tanjung Pura has a positive impact on the formation of student character. Interactive learning methods, religiously oriented extracurricular activities, and parental involvement are an integral part of this implementation effort. Student character education through religious jurisprudence at SMP 3 Tanjung Pura makes a significant contribution to the development of students' morality, self-discipline and spiritual awareness. Apart from that, children with special needs are children who have limitations both mentally, emotionally and physically. Inclusion schools are schools that combine regular education units with education for children with special needs. Therefore education is very important for anyone. The research method used by this researcher is a descriptive qualitative method. The subject of this research is an Islamic religious education teacher at the inclusive school SDN 16 Sengkubang Village. The data sources used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation.The results of this research show that 1) The strategy of Islamic religious education teachers does not have a special strategy for children with special needs, because Islamic religious education teachers collaborate with the four methods, namely the lecture method, question and answer, demonstration, and drill method. 2) The efforts made by Islamic religious education teachers can be achieved so that Islamic religious learning can run effectively. 3) Supporting factors: The school principal provides facilities in all forms of learning activities and discipline. This research uses a type of library research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this research show that children's education is a form of all efforts and efforts that parents and educators strive for in developing children's potential and maintaining the nobility of their nature by referring to the noble teachings and manhaj of Islam. with a focus on developing, paying attention to and developing their Aqidah, morals, physical, intellectual, mental and social abilities. According to Abdullah Nashih Ulwan, in his concept there are two basic important things that parents must pay attention to and understand as educators who are responsible for children's education, some of these responsibilities are: (1) initial education at the birth of the child in the form of: recommendations for the call to prayer, prayer techniques, shaving hair, giving a good name, aqiqah, and circumcision. Then, the responsibility for the content of children's educational material that will be carried and delivered is: faith education, moral education, physical education, intellectual education, psychological education and social education (2) good and effective facilities or methods in the early childhood education process . In the educational context, sociological education can help develop curriculum and learning strategies that encourage the formation of good student character. So that there will be a harmonious and harmonious life between religious adherents. This study aims to determine the role of Islamic religious education teachers in instilling an attitude of tolerance between religious communities to students in Mempawah. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study include the attitude of tolerance between religious communities to students is very high this is evident that there is no blasphemy, harassment between students both in the learning process and outside of class hours. Teachers provide material about tolerance and provide examples of practice in class and outside school. The supporting factors include self-awareness of students in maintaining an attitude of tolerance between religions, good attitudes reflected by teachers to their students and school regulations that require maintaining an attitude of tolerance between religions.
