<p>Tsurayya Jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam a scientific journal for disseminating results of conceptual research or studies on Islamic religious education, is published two times (March and September) a year. The Tsurayya Jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam is managed by the Islamic religious education study program at Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (STAI) Mempawah.The publications through Tsurayya Jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam include results of research or conceptual studies about Teaching Islamic Education and Islamic Education Studies in the Indonesian or international context. The manuscript must be original research, not be simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. All submitted manuscripts will be initially reviewed by editors and then evaluated by a minimum of two external reviewers through the double-blind review process. <p><em>The increasing prevalence of online slot gambling addiction among adolescents has become a pressing social problem with detrimental effects on psychological, social, economic, and religious aspects, particularly in rural areas with limited digital literacy and weak parental supervision. This study aims to analyze the role of parents in addressing online gambling addiction among adolescents in Kuala Toho Hamlet, Toho Ilir Village, Toho District, Mempawah Regency. The research employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological case study method, collecting data through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving adolescents engaged in online gambling and their parents.</em></p> <p><em>The findings reveal that limited parental digital literacy, peer influence, and the lack of positive community activities are major factors contributing to gambling addiction among adolescents. Parents with low technological understanding tended to be passive, while those with greater awareness were more effective in applying preventive and corrective measures. The addiction led to behavioral changes, declining academic performance, psychological stress, and financial losses that triggered family conflicts. This study concludes that active parental involvement is crucial in preventing and mitigating online gambling addiction, while emphasizing the importance of collaboration among families, communities, schools, and government to strengthen youth character in the digital era.</em></p>M. <p><em>used to being polite and always doing other commendable things in community life both when they are still of school age and when they have graduated from pesantren or school later. This study aims to find out 1) the strategy of teachers of moral faith in improving student character, 2) supporting and inhibiting factors in improving student character at MTs Darul Falah Wannajah.</em></p> <p><em>The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study are the principal, teachers of moral beliefs and students of grade VII MTs Darul Falah Wannajah Sungai Bakau Besar Laut Village. The data sources used were interviews, observations, and documentation.</em></p> <p><em>The results of this study show that 1) The strategy carried out by the teacher of moral beliefs has been very good in improving the character of students in grade VII MTs Darul Falah Wannajah Sungai Bakau Besar Laut Village, namely teachers provide advice, motivation, example, awards, delivery of learning by lecture methods, assignments and punishments for students who violate rules or rules at school, 2) The supporting factors are teachers, support from parents, supporting facilities and infrastructure, while the inhibiting factors are non-mukim students, less conducive learning spaces, students lack discipline with time.</em></p>Sumiyati

<p><em>The issue of character education is currently being increasingly discussed, amidst the massive flow of information technology, whose access can distance people from religious and cultural values as the philosophy of national life. Educational institutions have a great responsibility for the formation of the character of their students, through religious activities carried out in schools. This study aims to determine the implementation of the tausyiah program at SMK Islam Insan Cedekia, the implications of the tausyiah program on the formation of student character at SMK Islam Insan Cedekia and the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the tausyiah program at SMK Islam Insan Cedekia. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with research subjects being supervising teachers and students. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that: (1) The implementation of the tausyiah program is carried out routinely, (2) there is a significant impact of this tausyiah program in forming student character, (3) The main supporting factor is the encouragement from the academic community at the school, the inhibiting factor is the lack of facilities and infrastructure.</em></p>Nurjannah

<p><em>This study</em><em> aims to </em><em>explain the improvement of students’ mathematical</em> <em>disposition</em><em> after being given by</em> <em>a </em><em>problem solving approach</em><em> to learning materials trigonometry in class X MA Ushuluddin Singkawang. The method used </em><em>was</em> <em>a pre</em><em>-</em><em>experimental research </em><em>with</em> <em>one group pretest</em><em>-</em><em>posttest</em><em> research design</em><em>. The sample in this study </em><em>was students in class</em> <em>X</em><em>B with</em><em> 29</em><em> students. Based on t test using SPSS 23.0 for window</em><em>s, it was</em> <em>obtained</em> <em>that </em><em>the </em><em>score for </em><em>Sig</em><em>. (2-</em><em>tailed) = 0:01 <α = 0.05</em><em>,</em> <em>which</em><em> means that There is an </em><em>improvement</em> <em>of</em> <em>students' mathematical</em><em> disposition after</em><em> the</em><em> application of</em> <em>P</em><em>roblem </em><em>S</em><em>olving approach</em><em> to learning materials trigonometry. Based on </em><em>the </em><em>Effect</em> <em>Size</em><em> calculation, </em><em>it was obtained that the contribution of the application of</em> <em>P</em><em>roblem </em><em>S</em><em>olving</em> <em>approach </em><em>contribut</em><em>es</em> <em>to the</em><em> ability of students' mathematical disposition</em><em> as 49.83%</em><em>.</em></p>Vivin Windharti

<p><em>Ki Hajar Dewantara was a figure who contributed greatly to the development of the national education system. According to his view, the concept of character education aims to provide guidance, direction, and leadership in accordance with the nature of students, so that they are able to achieve optimal safety and well-being. This idea is highly relevant in the world of education in the current Society 5.0 era. This study aims to determine the Concept of Character Education from the Perspective of Ki Hajar Dewantara and its relevance in the 5.0 era. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique involves collecting and analyzing data from various sources such as books, journals, articles, and electronic documents relevant to the research topic. The results of this study include Ki Hajar Dewantara's character education, which is the process of shaping individuals who are free in body and soul, intelligent, noble in character, and in harmony with nature and the cultural values of the nation. Education must foster a balance between creativity, emotion, and will, and be carried out through three centers: family, school, and community. It emphasizes exemplary behavior, inspiration, and moral encouragement, as well as openness to outside cultures without losing one's identity, forming a well-rounded personality and humanity.
