The Tsurayya Jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam is managed by the Islamic religious education study program at Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (STAI) Mempawah.The publications through Tsurayya Jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam include results of research or conceptual studies about Teaching Islamic Education and Islamic Education Studies in the Indonesian or international context. The manuscript must be original research, not be simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. This issue first emerged in the debates of the Khawarij, who declared major sinners as disbelievers. It later developed into a major discussion among various Islamic theological sects such as Murji'ah, Mu'tazilah, Asy'ariyah, and Maturidiyah. Each sect holds different views on the definitions of faith and disbelief, as well as the role of reason and revelation in understanding belief. Using a literature review method, this study aims to understand the conceptual differences in faith and disbelief from the perspectives of various Islamic theological sects. The study findings indicate that the concept of faith in Islam is broadly divided into two main understandings: faith as affirmation (tasdīq) and faith as action (</em><em>‘</em><em>amal). The purpose of this study is to determine the mentoring program on changes in student character at Insan Cendikia Islamic Vocational School. This research uses qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study include mentoring program at SMK Islam Insan Cendekia Mempawah, namely opening, reciting together in turn, short tausiah, delivering information about the latest Islamic world, delivering material from mentoring teachers, evaluating amaliah yaumi and closed by reading prayers. While the mentoring program coaching at SMK Islam Insan Cendekia Mempawah is lecture coaching, discussion, habituation, exemplary, approach, advising, evaluating and exemplifying. The results of the mentoring program on changes in student character at SMK Islam Insan Cendekia Mempawah are changes in student character that are quite good, also in terms of worship and ability to read the Qur'an is more improved than before, and morals towards the teacher are always maintained. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of the peer teaching method based on character strengthening in the independent curriculum in Islamic Religious Education subjects in Class IV of SD Negeri 07 Mempawah Timur, Mempawah Regency and the impact of the application of the independent curriculum peer teaching method on the character of class IV students of SD Negeri 07 Mempawah Timur, Mempawah Regency. This research is a type of descriptive research and uses a qualitative approach, to obtain the necessary data the researcher conducts observations, interviews with Islamic Religious Education teachers, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the application of the peer teaching method for strengthening character in the independent curriculum in Islamic Religious Education subjects in Class IV of SD Negeri 07 East Mempawah, Mempawah Regency, first, learning planning, learning planning consists of determining learning objectives, selecting learning materials. Second, the implementation of the peer teaching method consists of forming groups, selecting tutors, tutors explaining to their friends, teachers providing additional material. However, the ease of access to information, including zodiac predictions, can affect students' spiritual attitudes, especially in the context of the Islamic religion which prohibits belief in divination. This study aims to describe about: 1) The belief of grade XII students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Landak towards zodiac predictions on social media, 2) The implementation of spiritual attitudes of gratitude for grade XII students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Landak who use zodiac predictions on social media. This study uses a descriptive method. The results of this study show that the level of confidence and use of zodiac predictions is low among students (belief: 36%, usage: 24%, impact: 16%). The majority of students showed a high attitude of gratitude (heart gratitude: 91%, verbal gratitude: 89%, physical gratitude: 81%), although there were challenges in increasing their gratitude 78%. Based on these results, it was concluded that although a small percentage of students (20%) had confidence in the zodiac prediction, the majority (80%) showed a high practice of gratitude.
