Zakat Produktif Dalam Pengentasan Kemiskinan Perspektif Hukum Islam (Studi Kasus Pengelolaan Zakat Oleh Baznas Kabupaten Mempawah)

Abstract

Productive zakat is one of the solutions in improving the economy of the poor. By providing business capital for zakat recipients so that their businesses are creative by being fostered by institutions until they are productive and are expected to have income, they no longer receive zakat but become zakat givers or muzakki. Confirmed in Law no. 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management pays special attention to productive zakat in improving the people's economy. The problems are 1. What is the productive zakat implementation system implemented by BAZNAS Mempawah district in poverty alleviation? And 2. What is the review of Islamic law on Productive Zakat?

This research is field research and the nature of the research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection by way of observation, interviews and documentation. Direct data collection by interviewing respondents, then the results are managed qualitatively. Zakat management by BAZNAS Mempawah Regency uses a system of collecting zakat funds collected from muzakki and then distributed to mustahiq using two methods, namely consumptive and productive.
