Abstract

The leader in English becomes "Leader", who has the task of leading the surrounding members. The meaning of Lead is: Loyalty. The leader must be able to arouse the loyalty of his co-workers, and good educat.  The leader is able to educate his colleagues and pass on tacit knowledge to his colleagues, Advice, provide advice and advice from existing problems , disciplines, providing an example in discipline and enforcing discipline in every activity. In addition above, in general, effectiveness can be explained that the effectiveness of a program can be seen from the following aspects: (1) Aspects of tasks or functions, (2) Aspects of plans or programs (3) Aspects of provisions and regulations (4) Aspects of goals or ideal conditions.
