Praktik Pernikahan Salep Tarjhe Masyarakat Madura Dalam Pandangan Perspektif Hukum Islam Di Desa Sungai Rasau Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh Kabupaten Mempawah

Tarjhe salep marriage is a term used for the marriage of two brothers and sisters cross-breed to be married together and a term given by the elders/ancestors of the Madurese people, namely a cross-marriage between two brothers and daughters. The implementation of the tarjhe salep marriage is two brothers (brothers and sisters). This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The procedure for data collection is obtained through interviews. The informants are community leaders, religious leaders in Sungai Rasau Village, Sungai Pinyuh District, Mempawah Regency. The community's view in the perspective of Islamic law about marriage ointment tarjha has the same good and positive response. However, the difference in public views has some negative responses mentioned in the term Madura settong jube ajiah jubek kabbi and the perspective of Islamic law has a positive impact as stated in Surah An-Nisa verse 23, which is about women who are haram to marry.
