Penerapan Manajemen Koperasi Berbasis Syariah (Studi Kasus di Koprasi Raudlatul Ulum 1 Malang)

Abstract

This research is entitled Application of sharia-based cooperative management (Case Study in Raudlatul Ulum 1 Ganjaran Cooperative). This research is motivated by the application of management carried out by the Raudalatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School cooperative one Reward.

This study uses a descriptive qualitative research with the place of research in Raudlatul Ulum 1 Cooperatives using primary and secondary data sources. While the data collection method using interviews, observations and documents. The focus of this research is on the management that is carried out in the cooperative in which there are management functions.

The result of this study is that the Raudalatu Ulum cooperative is considered to have implemented a management system. Kopontren sanggat has a role in the welfare of students in general and also non-students. Not only that, the role of Kopontren is very much needed in managing the entrepreneurial skills of students who work in Kopontren.
