Evaluasi Program Baca Tulis Al-Qur'an Menggunakan Model CIPP Di TPQ Al Anwar Pasir Panjang Mempawah Timur

This research aims to examine the process and implementation of the Al-Qur'an reading and writing program using the CIPP model. Through the Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing program, students can gain insight into how to read and write Al-Qur'an verses by knowing the established rules, such as mahkorijul letters, short length, Al-Qur'an reading. This research problem focuses on the evaluation study of the CIPP System for the Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing Program at TPQ Al Anwar Pasir Panjang, East Mempawah. This research aims to determine: 1) Implementation of Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing program activities at TPQ Al Anwar Pasir Panjang East Mempawah. 2) Evaluate the Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing program using the CIPP system at TPQ Al Anwar Pasir Panjang Mempawah Timur.The research method uses qualitative research methods with a field research approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the research show that: 1. The implementation of the Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing program at TPQ Al Anwar Pasir Panjang East Mempawah was carried out using two methods, namely Iqra' and Al-Baghdadi. 2. Evaluation of the Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing program using the CIPP model at TPQ Al Anwar Pasir Panjang, East Mempawah, namely by using Context Evaluation, namely the presence of a Ustadzah, modules containing material, tests and assignments.
